Job Title: Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Education & Training

Location: India (Remote)

Availability requirement: Minimum 20-30 hours per week

Required Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's in Education, Human Development, Child Development, Developmental Psychology, or related field.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of human growth and development across developmental stages.
- Understanding of educational psychology and learning theories.
- Familiarity with curriculum design and instructional strategies.
- Ability to evaluate educational content for pedagogical effectiveness.
- Strong assessment and curriculum review skills.
- Robust subject matter expertise in the assigned career cluster.
- Experience with curriculum development, instructional design, or educational publishing.
- Knowledge of state standards, curriculum correlation, and standards mapping.
- Ability to review instructional materials for technical accuracy and pedagogical effectiveness.
- Strong analytical, editing, proofreading, and quality assurance skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online collaboration tools.




- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and meet project deadlines.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality educational content.

Key Responsibilities

- Review human growth and development curriculum.
- Conduct curriculum correlation review against state and national standards.
- Perform state standards mapping and alignment verification.
- Review Student Books (SB) for technical accuracy, pedagogy, and grade-level appropriateness.
- Review multimedia assets, including images, videos, animations, and interactives, for subject accuracy and instructional effectiveness.
- Identify content gaps, inconsistencies, and required revisions.
- Verify assessments, activities, and learning objectives for alignment and rigor.
- Collaborate with instructional designers, content developers, editors, and media teams.
- Participate in review meetings, team calls, and project discussions.
- Ensure high-quality, standards-aligned content prior to final publication.
