The Event Coordinator is responsible for planning, organising, and executing events while ensuring smooth operations and an excellent client experience. The role involves coordinating with vendors, clients, venues, and internal teams to deliver successful events within budget and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate, social, and promotional events.
- Liaise with clients to understand event requirements and expectations.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, decorators, caterers, and other service providers.
- Prepare event schedules, budgets, and logistics plans.
- Manage event setup, execution, and post-event wrap-up.
- Ensure timely procurement of event materials and equipment.
- Handle guest registrations, invitations, and attendee coordination.
- Resolve in office issues promptly to ensure seamless event execution.
- Maintain event documentation,



reports, and expense records.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
