Position: Sales Executive – FMCG

Location: South Kolkata

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month + Handsome Performance Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and wholesalers in the South Kolkata market.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Ensure regular market visits and effective route coverage.
- Collect orders and coordinate with the delivery team for timely execution.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Ensure product visibility, merchandising, and stock availability at retail outlets.
- Collect market feedback and submit daily sales reports to the management.
- Coordinate with distributors to improve sales and market penetration.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG sales.

- Excellent knowledge of the South Kolkata market and retail network.




- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to travel within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and smartphone-based reporting applications.
- Candidates with an existing retailer network in South Kolkata will be preferred.
- Preferred Qualification:Higher Secondary or Graduate.
- Experience in handling FMCG products and distributor sales.
