Retail Counter Sales Representative – Short Job DescriptionPurpose:

Assist customers in selecting jewellery, deliver excellent service, and achieve sales targets while ensuring product safety and showroom standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist customers.
- Showcase and explain jewellery products.
- Convert enquiries into sales.
- Upsell and cross-sell products.
- Maintain counter display and stock safety.
- Support billing and delivery process.
- Follow showroom SOPs and security rules.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain customer relationships.
