Position OverviewThe Massage Therapist will be responsible for performing therapeutic massage treatments, assisting clients with relaxation and recovery, maintaining treatment rooms, and ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and patient care.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMassage & Wellness TreatmentsPerform professional massage therapies based on individual client needs.
- Deliver treatments such as:
- Swedish Massage
- Deep Tissue Massage
- Aroma Therapy Massage
- Relaxation Massage
- Head, Neck & Shoulder Massage
- Foot Reflexology (preferred)
- Body Wellness Therapies
- Assess client comfort and modify techniques when required.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness recommendations.
- Client CareWelcome clients professionally and create a comfortable treatment experience.
- Review client health history before treatments.
- Maintain client confidentiality and accurate treatment records.
- Build long-term relationships through exceptional customer service.
- Clinic OperationsPrepare treatment rooms before each session.
- Ensure massage tables, linens, and equipment are clean and sanitized.
- Follow clinic hygiene, sterilization, and safety protocols.
- Monitor massage oils, towels, and consumables, and report inventory requirements.
- Team CollaborationCoordinate with doctors and clinic staff for clients undergoing wellness or aesthetic treatment programs.




- Support clinic wellness initiatives and promotional activities.
- Maintain professional conduct and uphold clinic standards.
- QualificationsDiploma or Certification in Massage Therapy, Spa Therapy, Beauty Therapy, Physiotherapy Assistant, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a wellness center, spa, dermatology clinic, luxury salon, or healthcare facility preferred.
- Freshers with professional certification and excellent practical skills are welcome to apply.
- Skills & CompetenciesExcellent massage techniques and client-handling skills.
- Strong knowledge of body anatomy and wellness therapies.
- Skilled appearance and excellent hygiene practices.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Friendly, empathetic, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to maintain a calm and relaxing treatment environment.
- CompensationSalary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
