Job Title: Junior Interior Designer & Site Execution Coordinator

Job Description:

Suits Workspaces Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Junior Interior Designer & Site Execution Coordinator for our coworking and managed office projects in Jaipur.

The role is suitable for someone who can support office layouts, basic 3D views, site measurements, vendor coordination, BOQ preparation, and day-to-day fit-out execution.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare office layouts, seating plans, and basic space planning.
- Create basic 3D views/presentations for client and internal review.
- Visit sites for measurement, execution tracking, and vendor coordination.
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, civil workers, furniture vendors, and other site teams.
- Prepare basic BOQ, material lists, and cost comparison sheets.
- Track project timelines, pending work, approvals, and completion status.




- Support built-to-suit office setup and coworking space modifications.
- Share daily progress updates with management.

Requirements:

- Knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp or similar 3D/design tools.
- Basic understanding of interiors, furniture layout, electrical/civil coordination, and material finishes.
- Ability to visit sites and coordinate with vendors.
- Good follow-up and reporting skills.
- Fresher with robust practical knowledge or 1-3 years experience can apply.
- Must be based in Jaipur or willing to work from Jaipur.

Salary: Rs. 25,000 - Rs. 30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur

Work Mode: Full-time, work from office/site
