Sandheera is upcoming with a landmark residential development at Muthangi , ORR Exit 3, Hyderabad. We are looking for an ownership-driven finance professional to lead the complete finance and compliance function for this flagship project over its approximately six-year execution period.

This is not a routine accounting role. The selected candidate will act as the single-point owner for project finance, accounting, statutory compliance, banking coordination, RERA support, MIS and audit coordination while working closely with the management team.

Role ObjectiveTo independently manage and control the complete finance, accounting, compliance and reporting framework of the project through a fully digital, process-driven environment using Zoho Books and allied systems.

Key Responsibilities

· Maintain complete books of accounts digitally in Zoho Books.

· Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), vendor reconciliations and bank reconciliations.

· Administer purchase orders, vendor bills, payment scheduling and documentation.

· Manage payroll, reimbursements and petty cash.

· Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Professional Tax, PF, ESI and other statutory requirements.

· Prepare financial information and documentation for RERA compliance and external certifications.

· Coordinate with banks for project finance, loan documentation, compliance and disbursement requirements.

· Prepare MIS, cash flow statements, budgets, cost reports and management dashboards.

· Liaise with statutory auditors, tax consultants, practicing CAs,



bankers and regulatory authorities.

· Develop and maintain robust internal financial controls, SOPs and audit-ready documentation.

Desired Profile

· Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred.

· Degree in Finance with accounting background

· Experience in real estate, construction or project finance is highly desirable.

· Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll, statutory compliance and accounting standards.

· Working knowledge of RERA compliance will be an added advantage.

· Hands-on experience with Zoho Books or similar ERP/accounting software.

· High integrity, analytical ability and willingness to independently own the finance function.

Compensation Highly competitive to market, depending on qualifications and experience. Higher compensation may be considered for exceptional Chartered Accountants with strong real estate, RERA and project finance experience.
