Responsibilities include approaching builders, real estate developers, architects, contractors, educational institutions, factories, pharmaceutical/biotech companies, industries, hospitals, and commercial projects to generate leads and develop current business. Candidates should have good communication skills, be willing to travel, and preferably possess a two-wheeler. Experience in construction materials, waterproofing, paints, or building products is preferred; freshers with strong marketing skills may also apply.
