About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, internet, and system-related issues.

• Manage company emails, user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.

• Monitor and maintain office networks, Wi-Fi, routers, and internet connectivity.

• Install and update operating systems, antivirus software, and business applications.

• Perform regular data backups and ensure important company files are secure.

• Troubleshoot system errors and resolve technical problems quickly.

• Maintain records of IT assets, software licences, and equipment repairs.

• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for technical repairs and IT purchases.

• Support website, application, server, or cloud-related tasks when required
