Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, empathetic, and goal-driven Academic Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding prospective students, responding to inquiries, explaining course offerings, and helping applicants choose the right programs aligned with their career goals.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students through phone, email, and online platforms

Explain ACTT’s course offerings, benefits, accreditations,



and career outcomes

Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into enrollments

Maintain accurate records of student interactions and updates in the CRM

Assist with onboarding and provide pre-course support to recent enrollees

Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to improve outreach

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Prior experience in academic counselling, admissions, or sales (preferred)-2 to 3 years

Ability to work independently and meet targets

Basic computer literacy (CRM, MS Office, email tools)
