Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to manage customer inquiries, prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into sales. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and an interest in industrial automation products.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries received via phone, email, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
- Prepare and submit quotations to customers.
- Follow up on quotations and convert them into purchase orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers for pricing, stock availability, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers and develop new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports and update CRM/customer records.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Coordinate with the accounts, purchase, and logistics teams for smooth order execution.
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent after-sales support.




- Required SkillsStrong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Customer-focused with excellent follow-up skills.
- Basic ERP knowledge will be an added advantage.
- QualificationGraduate/Diploma/B.E. in any discipline.
- Freshers and candidates with 1–2 years of experience are welcome.
