Responsibilities

* Open the store every morning at 10:00 AM and ensure it is ready for customers.

* Maintain cleanliness and overall upkeep of the store.

* Arrange and replenish garments before opening and throughout the day.

* Fold, steam, and organize clothes after customer trials.

* Assist customers during trials by bringing garments, sizes, and accessories.

* Support Fashion Consultants in serving customers.

* Help with stock movement between the store and warehouse.

* Ensure trial rooms and display areas remain neat at all times.

* Assist in packing customer orders whenever required.

* Perform any other store-related operational tasks assigned by the Store Manager.

Requirements

* Honest, disciplined, and punctual.

* Physically fit and comfortable standing for long hours.

* Polite, well-groomed, and customer-friendly.

* Basic reading and communication skills (Kannada/Hindi preferred; basic English is a plus).

* Prior retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Working Hours

* 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM

* 6 days a week

* Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days.

* Weekly off will be provided on a weekday.
