We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven individuals to join our Business Development team.

- Roles & Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers and understand their learning and career requirements.
- Explain Skillians Academy's courses and recommend suitable programs based on customer needs.
- Follow up with interested leads and convert them into enrollments.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high ethical sales standards.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Complete the mandatory training program before independently handling responsibilities.
- Eligibility Criteria
- Age should be below 30 years.
- Must own a personal laptop with a secure internet connection.
- No ongoing full-time studies, part-time jobs,



internships, or other commitments.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, or Customer Interaction is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 per month during the 2-month probation period.
- Unlimited performance-based incentives.
- Upon successful completion of probation, salary will be revised based on performance.
- Probation period may be extended or reduced based on individual performance.
- Work From Home opportunity.
- Mobile telephony expenses covered as per company policy.
- Working HoursMonday to Saturday
- 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM or 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM (depending on the assigned shift).
