With a presence across India and international markets, the organization partners with India’s leading developers to provide customers with premium real estate opportunities while delivering a transparent, customer-centric buying experience.The company combines advanced digital marketing, data analytics, and professional sales expertise to simplify the home-buying journey from lead generation to possession.Position SummaryThe Real Estate Sales Executive is responsible for identifying prospective homebuyers, generating qualified sales opportunities through outbound calling, nurturing customer relationships, conducting project presentations and site visits, and successfully converting prospects into bookings for premium and luxury residential projects.The role requires a target-driven qualified with excellent communication, customer engagement, and negotiation skills who can thrive in a high-performance sales setting.Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesLead Generation: Conduct outbound cold calling using company-provided databases and marketing-generated leads.Convert raw customer data into qualified sales opportunities through effective need analysis.Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through regular follow-ups.Customer Relationship Management : Understand customer requirements including budget, location preference, investment objectives, and financing capability.Provide professional consultation and recommend suitable residential projects.Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.Site Visit Management :



Schedule and coordinate project site visits.Conduct project presentations highlighting location advantages, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and investment potential.Ensure an exceptional customer experience during property visits.Sales Closure : Handle negotiations within company policies. Convert qualified prospects into bookings.Coordinate with developers, relationship managers, CRM, and documentation teams for seamless booking and post-sales support.Market Intelligence : Stay updated with competitor offerings, pricing, market trends, and new project launches.
