The role involves close coordination with sales, procurement, and production teams to meet business targets.Key Responsibilities:Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales forecasts and order pipelineCoordinate with sales, procurement, and production teams to ensure smooth operationsEnsure availability of raw materials as per production schedulesMonitor Work-in-Progress (WIP) and finished goods inventoryPlan and track dispatch schedules to meet customer delivery timelinesMaintain production MIS reports, data analysis,



and documentationIdentify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actionsOptimize capacity utilization and production efficiencyEnsure adherence to quality standards and production targetsLead and guide the PPC team for effective executionKey Skills Required:Robust knowledge of production planning & inventory controlExperience in manufacturing industry (solar preferred)Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and data analysisUnderstanding of supply chain and material planningStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsExcellent coordination and communication abilitiesEducational Qualification:B.Tech / M.Tech (Electrical / Mechanical)MBA (Operations / Supply Chain preferred)
