Job DescriptionNakshathra Gold and Jewellery is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to scale our online sales across WhatsApp, Meta, and TikTok. If you live and breathe ROAS, conversion funnels, and social commerce, we want to talk to you. NWhat you'll own: N nPlan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google ads, Snapchat and TikTok Ads to drive qualified traffic and sales. NOwn the full funnel — from ad click to WhatsApp/Meta/TikTok inquiry to closed order. NRun A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and offers to continuously improve CAC and ROAS NTrack and report on key metrics: CPL, CPA, conversion rate, revenue per campaign NWork closely with the sales team to ensure leads from ads/comments are converted efficiently NIdentify recent growth channels and stay ahead of platform trends (Meta, TikTok, Google) N nWhat we're looking for:
