3–5 Years NWe are looking for experienced Aircraft Composite Technicians with prior aerospace manufacturing or MRO experience to support the assembly, repair, and inspection of composite helicopter structures. NKey Responsibilitiesn N Perform composite lay-up, trimming, drilling, riveting, and structural assembly activities. N Carry out composite repair activities including layer replacement and core replacement . N Execute vacuum bagging techniques and composite curing processes. N Read and interpret engineering drawings, installation drawings, process sheets, and work instructions. N Perform structural fitting activities while ensuring adherence to aerospace quality standards. N Conduct in-process and final inspection of composite assemblies. N Ensure compliance with manufacturing procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards. N Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality. NnRequired Skills Nn 3–5 years of aerospace manufacturing or MRO experience N Experience in compositelay-up and structural assembly N Composite repair (layerreplacement, core replacement) N Vacuum bagging and curing processes N Composite drilling, riveting, trimming N Ability to read engineering and structural drawings N Knowledge of in-processand final inspection N Experience working on helicopters or aircraft structures will be an added advantage N
