Hiring: Project Manager – Technology Project Delivery Head Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai (Work From Office) Experience: 10–15+ Years (5–8+ Years in Project & Delivery Management) Notice Period: Immediate joiners or candidates with maximum 30 days’ notice preferred. We are looking for an experienced Technology Project Delivery Head to lead end-to-end delivery of digital transformation and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive project excellence, manage engineering teams, ensure successful delivery, and champion modern software delivery practices including AI-enabled engineering. Key Responsibilities: Lead multiple technology projects from initiation to deployment & support Manage web, mobile, cloud, enterprise applications, CMS, e Commerce & digital transformation projects Drive Agile delivery, sprint planning, project governance, risk management & stakeholder communication Lead cross-functional teams including Project Managers, Developers, QA, Dev Ops & Architects Manage client relationships, vendors, escalations and delivery outcomes Ensure adoption of SDLC best practices,



Dev Ops practices and engineering excellence Drive AI adoption across engineering teams using contemporary AI-powered development tools Required Skills:✅ Strong experience in Agile / Scrum / Kanban methodologies✅ Expertise in SDLC, Program & Portfolio Management✅ Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)✅ Exposure to Dev Ops, CI/CD, APIs, Microservices & Enterprise Applications✅ Experience managing digital transformation & software delivery projects✅ Hands-on exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as Git Hub Copilot, Chat GPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, Cursor AI or similar tools Preferred Certifications: PMP | PRINCE2 | CSM/PSM | PMI-ACP | SAFe | Cloud Certifications | AI Certifications If you are passionate about leading technology transformation and building high-performing engineering teams, we would love to connect!
