(BMI Group) is looking for an experienced Sales Professional from the Building Materials Industry to drive business growth across Goa. Location: Goa (Candidates should be based in Goa or nearby.) Experience: 5–9 Years (Building Materials industry experience is mandatory.) CTC: ₹8–9 LPA (Flexible for the right candidate.) Key Responsibilities✔ Achieve regional sales targets and drive business growth.✔ Develop and expand the dealer & distributor network.✔ Build strong relationships with architects, builders, developers, dealers, fabricators, and government departments.✔ Generate and convert B2 B & B2 C project opportunities.✔ Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and maintain CRM.✔ Negotiate and close profitable orders while ensuring healthy margins.✔ Coordinate with internal teams for seamless project execution.✅ What We're Looking For




- 5–9 years in Building Materials Sales.
- Strong network across Goa with architects, builders, dealers & developers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation & account management skills.
- Graduate (MBA – Marketing preferred).
- Willingness to travel across Goa.
