Geezy Foods currently operates across Australia, UK/Europe, and we are scaling rapidly across international markets.We’re a team of hustlers with experience across strategy, hospitality, logistics, retail, FMCG, and food tech — and we’re looking for driven individuals to join our growth journey.Role OverviewWe are looking for an energetic, ambitious, and commercially driven Customer Success Executive – Restaurant Growth where the success will be measured by growth, retention, and performance of your portfolio of restaurant partners across Australia.You will be responsible for managing restaurant partners, conducting regular business reviews, identifying growth opportunities, improving restaurant performance, and ensuring a world-class partner experience.Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of restaurant partners across Australia.- Build strong relationships with restaurant owners.- Conduct regular business reviews and recommend growth strategies.- Analyse restaurant performance and identify opportunities to increase sales.- Coordinate with Operations, Sales and Senior Executive teams.- Drive partner retention, expansion and overall business performance.- Maintain CRM records and performance reports.Skills & Requirements- 2–3 years of experience in B2B Customer Success, Accounts Growth, Key Account Management, Restaurant Operations or Restaurant Success.- Previous experience in hospitality, food-tech, cloud kitchens, SaaS,
