Hiring: Branch Manager – Affordable Housing Finance / LAP / MortgageLocation: Chikhli (Buldhana, Akola & Washim) & Gwalior (Dabra)CTC: Up to ₹6 LPAExperience: 5+ YearsWe are looking for an experienced Area Manager to lead branch operations and drive business growth in the Affordable Housing Finance, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Mortgage Loan segment.Key Responsibilities- Drive branch business targets including sales, portfolio growth, disbursements, and collections.- Manage end-to-end branch operations, including sales, credit underwriting, collections, and customer service.- Ensure healthy portfolio quality and compliance with company policies.- Lead, mentor, and monitor branch teams to achieve business objectives.- Oversee branch administration, cash management, audit compliance, and operational efficiency.- Build strong customer relationships and ensure high service standards.Eligibility Criteria- Minimum 5 years of experience in Affordable Housing Loans, LAP,
