The ideal candidate will have 0-8 years of experience in recruitment and will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent for our organization. Responsibilities Source and attract candidates using various methods such as job boards, social media, and networking events. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates. Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to meet organizational needs. Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.



Collaborate with team members to improve recruitment processes and strategies. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Robust understanding of recruitment processes and techniques. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and HR software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with social media platforms for recruitment purposes. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
