and annual budgeting processes.Perform variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance vs. plan.Assist in automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency.Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems (e.G., SAP, BW, OneStream, Power BI).Lead financial business planning and various financial updates for assigned market. The person will be responsible for accuracy & providing financial insights in collaboration with the market finance peers.Come with ideas to innovate, ability to resolve complex problems and approach towards process and system automation.Partner with cross-functional teams (e.G., Market BUF, Local Demand Planner) to understand business drivers and support strategic initiatives.Support ad-hoc analysis and projects as required.What We Are Looking ForRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in finance or CA or MBA qualification. Candidates should have 4–6 years of FP&A; experience if holding a CA/MBA, or 8–12 years of relevant FP&A; experience with a bachelor’s degree.
