Document and present technical solutions.Provide mentoring to colleagues in the organization.Collaborations in the team is fast-paced and requires strong collaboration along with multi-functional and cross geographical teams.What will you need to be successful?Education: Bachelor´s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related subject preferred.Certifications: ServiceNow CSA, Implementation certifications (minimum ITSM) Minimum ITLT Foundation.Experience: 9+ years of experience as a ServiceNow solution architect 5+ years of experience architecting and delivering complex solutions across all workflows, on the ServiceNow Platform.This role will be based in Pune and will be 3 days working from office in Hybrid mode. Shift Timing (12:30 PM – 9:30 PM IST) Monday to Friday.5+ years of detailed subject matter expertise within multiple areas of specialization.Knowledge of multiple ServiceNow modules like ITSM, HRSD, SPM, GRC.Fluency in third party integrations using Integration hub, rest APIs, JDBC, and file-based parsers.Strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow, fluency in JavaScript, HTML, and libraries/frameworks such as AngularJS and Bootstrap.Ability to quickly understand new technology through instruction and self-training.Strong people development skills, including coaching and mentoring for technical roles.Excellent written and oral communication skills, service mindset,



and analytical approach to problem solving.Ability to work independently without daily direction, balancing conflicting priorities, and effectively tracking and managing task completion to committed deadlines.You.
