This role focuses on enabling seamless service orchestration across mobile, fixed, broadband, and enterprise services while fostering collaboration between technical and business stakeholders and supporting effective service governance.What you’ll doEnable end-to-end engagement across the O2A lifecycle, including provisioning, activation, and fulfilment processesSupport service orchestration, inventory management, and order fallout handling across multiple service domainsFacilitate governance forums and contribute to structured decision-making processesCollaborate with business and technology stakeholders to align service delivery with organisational prioritiesMonitor incident progress,
manage communications with markets, and support stakeholder engagementParticipate in post-incident reviews (PIRs) and support implementation of actionable improvementsIdentify opportunities for process optimisation and service enhancementWho you arePossess a strong understanding of telecom service provisioning, activation, and fulfilment processesExperienced in service governance and integration practicesKnowledgeable in Oracle-based systems and open-source solution architecturesFamiliar with tools and platforms such as Dynatrace, Cribl, and ITSM frameworksUnderstanding of technologies including OSM, UIM, Pega, OSB, SOA, Open API, and ODADemonstrate a proactive, self-driven approach with strong organisational skillsComfortable engaging with stakeholders and supporting cross-functional collaborationBring a solution-oriented mindset with clear communication abilitiesNot a perfect fit?Concerned you may not meet every requirement?
