As an entry-level position in our kitchen, the Commis I will assist in the preparation and cooking of Western cuisine dishes while learning and developing essential culinary skills.Assist in the preparation of ingredients for Western dishes, including washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and fruitsSupport senior chefs in cooking and plating Western cuisine menu itemsMaintain a clean and organized workstation,
