Engineering or comparable qualification; equivalent practical experience accepted.Experience:58+ years of experience in IT project management, system implementation or digital transformation, preferably in Procurement, SRM, Sourcing or Supplier ManagementProven experience in leading complex IT implementation and rollout Experience with SAP, JAGGAER, QAD, SAP Ariba, SupplyOn or comparable SRM/Sourcing Strong understanding of Procurement processes, SRM, supplier lifecycle, sourcing and supplier Good understanding of system integration, interfaces, APIs, IDocs, MDM, Data Lake / Databricks and BI/reporting Experience with procurement data models, supplier master data and reporting Solid stakeholder and vendor management skills, including governance, escalation and decision Experience with testing, go-live preparation, hypercare, IT security, audit, compliance and access managementFluent in English; German strongly preferred; additional languages are a plus.
