Job Description Ads Manager (Meta & Google Ads)

n About the Role
n We're looking for a results-driven Ads Manager to plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Meta and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing, lead generation, and campaign optimization for B2B and B2C businesses.
n Key Responsibilities
n - Plan, launch, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
n - Manage campaigns for lead generation, website traffic, app promotion, sales, and brand awareness.
n - Conduct audience research, keyword planning, remarketing, and A/B testing.
n - Monitor campaign performance and optimize CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
n - Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and conversion tracking.
n - Coordinate with the design team for ad creatives and landing pages.
n - Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports.




n - Stay updated with platform changes and digital advertising best practices.
n - Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, SEO, and Content teams to improve campaign performance.
n Required Skills
n - Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
n - Good knowledge of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
n - Experience with audience targeting, campaign optimization, and performance marketing.
n - Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
n - Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets.
n Preferred Experience
n - Experience in B2B/B2C, Travel, SaaS, IT, or Finance.
n - Familiarity with CRM integrations and lead management tools.
