n We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our retail team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, customer service, and building lasting customer relationships.

n n Position : Sales Executive
n Location: Bangalore
n Experience: 1–5 Years
n n Key Responsibilities
n n Assist customers in selecting jewellery by understanding their needs and preferences.
n Deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience and build long-term customer relationships.
n Achieve individual and store sales targets while maintaining high service standards.
n Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, collections, and ongoing promotions.
n Ensure proper product display and support visual merchandising activities.
n Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
n Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
n Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth day-to-day retail operations.




n n Qualifications
n n Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.
n Prior experience in jewellery, high end fashion, or organized retail will be an added advantage.
n n Required Experience & Skills
n n 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in jewellery, luxury retail, premium retail, or lifestyle brands.
n Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
n Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
n Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
n Ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
n Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with retail billing/POS systems.
n Professional appearance, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
