n n Nursing Tutor – (06) Six Post
n n We are seeking candidates with a solid academic background, research as well as teaching experience, and a proven track record in their respective fields. The details of the positions are as follows:
n Qualifications:
n n A Master's degree in M.Sc. Nursing is mandatory.
n Preference given for a candidate from reputed College/University
n Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience Medical Surgical Nursing.
n Candidates with research publications or additional certifications will be preferred
n Registration with the State Nursing Council & NRTS is mandatory.
n n Responsibilities:
n n Teaching undergraduate nursing students in both theory and practical settings.
n Assisting in the development of course materials and curriculum.
n Supervising students during clinical postings.
n Participating in departmental activities and research initiatives
n Assisting the coordinators in the academic activities
n Work collaboratively with administrators in college & with hospital personnel




n Pursue external funding opportunities to support research and teaching activities
n Organizing recreational and social programmes.
n Engage in scholarly activities, such as conducting research, publishing papers, and presenting at conferences, to contribute to the advancement of nursing knowledge and practice
n Administer assessments, including exams, assignments, and practical evaluations, to measure students' understanding and progress. Provide timely feedback and guidance to help students improve their performance.
n Collaborate with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to enhance the learning experience and promote interdisciplinary collaboration. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the overall development of the College.
n Any other duty that may be assigned to his/her from time to time relating to nursing education
