You shall play a pivotal role in ensuring that key deals are identified, reviewed, negotiated & successfully closed. You shall be implementing effective sales strategies. You shall be able to achieve order input and contribution margin targets and foster a positive setting. **Job Description** **Roles and Responsibilities** + Follow the sales process for Power Transmission business in India sub-region. + Implementing sales strategies and executing plans to drive order input & profitable growth. + To focus on meeting customers' priorities/quality goals in terms of time/schedule, price as well as competitive content and formats, both from a commercial and a technical application perspective. + Support the go-to-market and deal selectivity decision. + Ensuring a proper recording of bid status (win/loss). + Ensure compliance to Safety, Quality, Delivery,
and Cost (SQDC) standards. **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Mechanical/ Electronics/ Production) + 0-3 years of experience.
