Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive who can quickly understand our product workflows and assist customers effectively. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a learning mindset.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries via chat and email in a timely and professional manner

- Understand product workflows and guide customers with step-by-step solutions

- Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate resolutions

- Escalate technical bugs or complex issues to the internal team

- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and issues

- Collaborate with internal teams for faster resolution

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and support quality

Tools & Platforms

- Intercom (Customer communication)

- Slack (Internal communication)

- Linear (Issue tracking and bug management)

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in customer support (preferably in SaaS or tech products)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English





- Ability to quickly learn and understand product workflows and user journeys

- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills

- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment

- Ability to handle multiple conversations/tickets simultaneously

- Must be comfortable working in US night shift

Location Requirement

- Candidates should be based in Faridabad or nearby areas and available for daily office commute ~ DO NOT APPLY if unable to work from office
