Roles & Responsibilities: -Lead the architecture and implementation of Amazon Connect solutions.-Design conversational IVR and virtual assistants using Amazon Lex.-Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, CRM,
and third-party applications.-Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand customer experience requirements.-Design scalable cloud-native contact center architectures.-Guide development teams and conduct technical reviews.-Implement secure and resilient cloud architectures following AWS best practices.-Support production deployments and resolve complex technical issues.-Mentor team members and establish development standards.-Evaluate and adopt Generative AI capabilities using Amazon Bedrock where applicable.
