About the Role:
As a Disbursal Manager, you will need to carry out support activities of credit & operations processes at hub level. Following laid down processes, coordinating with customers to complete deliverables within timelines & manage hub operations are the core of this role.
Candidate Requirements:
- Effective organization, multitasking & interpersonal skills
- An eye for details with robust focus on accuracy & TAT
- Comfortable with direct dealing with customers, vendors etc
- Understanding of mortgage & working of MS Office preferred though not mandatory
- Be willing to stretch beyond the usual to catalyse business & keep governance practices in place
Key Responsibilities:
- Support credit by getting relevant reports on time from vendors (FI, RCU, Legal etc)
- Coordination with customer for executing loan formalities viz. agreement, mandate etc
- Support Operations in disbursal by completing the loan file(filling, checking, seeking required approvals)
- Manage general hub operations viz. Registers, inventory management, customer service, support in audits, cash collection & deposition, file & document dispatch etc
- Coordinate with customer & lawyer for transaction & completing PDD’s
