This role ensures the ServiceNow Platform is implemented in a scalable, secure, and upgrade-protected manner while aligning technical architecture with business objectives.



The ServiceNow Architect will work closely with clients to understand their architectural requirements, design and customize processes based on client requirements and platform feasibility.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on process and procedures for various modules within the ServiceNow platform.Lead end-to-end solution architecture for ServiceNow implementations and enhancementsTranslate business requirements into scalable, maintainable ServiceNow designsDrive innovation through AI-enabled capabilities such as Now Assist, ServiceNow AI Platform, and Agentic AI.Should have experience on ServiceNow portal and widget developmentDefine platform standards, architectural patterns, and best practicesReview and approve technical designs, scripts, data models, and integration approachesDrive platform performance, security, and scalabilityDesign and oversee integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and third-party toolsEnsure solutions align with ServiceNow’s Now Platform roadmap and upgrade strategySupport presales activities, including solution demos and technical proposals [Preferred]Mentor developers and technical consultantsPartner with stakeholders, product owners, and business leaders to drive platform valueRequired Qualifications9+ years of ServiceNow platform experience2+ years in an architecture or technical lead roleDeep understanding of ServiceNow Modules, data model, CMDB, Flow Designer,



and scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), Now Assist, Agentic AI, ServiceNow portal, angular jsExperience designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementationsStrong knowledge of integration architecture and security best practicesProven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersServiceNow Certifications: Mandatory - Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist in any of the ServiceNow Modules.
