The Manager, Technical Consulting — Agentforce & Revenue Cloud leads a team of Technical Consultants and Sr Technical Consultants delivering enterprise-scale migrations from legacy CPQ and billing platforms (Apttus/Conga, Zuora, Oracle CPQ, custom-built CPQ) to Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ + Billing + Revenue Lifecycle Management), and the design and deployment of Agentforce for revenue operations use cases. This role sits within Salesforce Skilled Services' Global Delivery Centre (GDC) and is a 50% billable position — equally accountable for hands-on technical architecture delivery and people leadership of the Revenue Cloud and Agentforce migration track within the Migration Factory. You will act as the senior technical leader for quote-to-cash migration engagements, guiding the team through complex product catalogue migration, contract and subscription data migration, billing migration strategy, ERP integration design and Agentforce revenue agent configuration — while building a high-performing team of Revenue Cloud and AI migration specialists. RESPONSIBILITIESPeople Leadership: Manage up to 15 direct reports (Sr Technical Consultants and Technical Consultants) across the Revenue Cloud and Agentforce migration track — responsible for hiring, onboarding, mentoring, performance management and career development.Technical Delivery (50% Billable): Act as the hands-on Technical Architect for complex Revenue Cloud migration engagements — owning CPQ solution design, product catalogue migration strategy, contract/subscription data architecture, billing migration design and Agentforce revenue agent configuration.Migration Factory Contribution: Drive the Revenue Cloud and Agentforce track within the Migration Factory — ensuring wave delivery adheres to factory standards, MDLC phase discipline and quality gates.Trusted Advisor: Serve as the senior technical point of contact for clients on Revenue Cloud migrations — building trusted relationships with CFOs, Revenue Operations leaders,



Sales Operations and Enterprise Architects.Workshop Leadership: Lead and facilitate CPQ discovery workshops, pricing design reviews, billing architecture sessions and Agentforce agent design workshops with client stakeholders and internal delivery teams.Solution Design Governance: Review and approve all Revenue Cloud solution design documents, CPQ configuration designs, billing migration strategies and Agentforce agent blueprints — ensuring factory standard compliance.Product Catalogue & Contract Migration Oversight: Oversee the migration of complex product hierarchies, bundle structures, pricing waterfalls, active contracts, subscriptions, amendments and billing history — ensuring relationship integrity and ERP reconciliation accuracy.Agentforce Leadership: Guide the team in designing and deploying Agentforce agents for Revenue Cloud use cases — quote-assist agents, renewal agents, deal desk agents and revenue operations automation — post migration go-live.ERP Integration Governance: Oversee the design and validation of ERP integration patterns (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) for revenue recognition, AR and GL posting — ensuring billing data flows correctly post go-live.Risk Management: Proactively identify and manage solution risks — pricing rule conflicts, contract data skew, ERP posting mismatches, CPQ governor limits during bulk operations and Agentforce hallucination risks in revenue contexts.Practice Development: Drive internal initiatives to grow the Revenue Cloud and Agentforce migration practice — developing CPQ config accelerators, contract migration scripts, billing migration playbooks and Agentforce prompt template libraries.Metrics & Outcomes: Own and report on team utilisation, delivery velocity, defect density, client satisfaction (CSAT) and wave throughput metrics for the Revenue Cloud and Agentforce track.Hiring & Talent: Actively participate in hiring, interviewing and onboarding Revenue Cloud and Agentforce technical consultants — building pipeline of talent aligned to the Migration Factory's growth roadmap.
