Position: Assistant Manager / Manager - Tendering
Department: Tendering / Contracts
Location: Head Office (HO)

Experience: 10-15 Years

We are seeking an experienced Tendering & Estimation professional to manage the complete tendering lifecycle for Residential, Commercial, and Industrial construction projects.

The candidate will be responsible for evaluating tender documents, preparing accurate cost estimates coordinating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring timelysubmission of competitive bids while maintaining quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.
- Identify project risks, exclusions, assumptions, and value engineering opportunities during bid preparation
- Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and conduct Rate Analysis for various construction activities.
- Perform quantity take-offs and cost estimation based on project specifications.
- Manage end-to-end tendering activities, including Tender Evaluation , Cost Estimation, Tender Preparation, Tender Submission.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Planning, and Project teams to obtain technical and commercial inputs.
- Prepare techno-commercial bids and ensure timely and accurate bid submission.
- Analyze vendor and subcontractor quotations and recommend the most competitive options.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, tender conditions, and company standards.
- Maintain tender documentation, cost databases, and estimation records for future reference.
- Support management during bid negotiations and clarification meetings with clients.
- Continuously monitor market trends, material prices, labour rates, and industry benchmarks.

Mandatory Experience

- 8-15 years of experience in Tendering/Estimation within the construction industry.
- Hands-on experience in Residential, Commercial, or Industrial projects is mandatory.




- Proven experience in handling large-value EPC/Construction tenders will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, BOQs, specifications, and contract conditions.
