Job Description The Sales Executive is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the university's brand shop, delivering excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and promoting official university merchandise. The role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to maintain an attractive retail environment.
n Key Responsibilities:
n  Welcome and assist students, faculty, staff, alumni, parents, and visitors.
n  Promote and sell official university merchandise, including apparel, accessories, stationery, gifts, and souvenirs.
n  Process billing, payments, returns, and exchanges accurately.
n  Maintain stock levels and coordinate inventory replenishment.
n  Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.
n  Ensure proper visual merchandising and attractive product displays.
n  Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
n  Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
n  Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, sales events, and university functions.




n  Prepare daily sales reports and maintain transaction records.
n  Coordinate with vendors and the procurement team regarding merchandise availability.
n  Ensure compliance with university policies and retail procedures.
n  Learning about the brand and its products on a regular basis.
n Qualifications:
n  Bachelor's degree
n  1–3 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or store operations.
n  Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
