n About the Role
n We are looking for an experienced Senior Travel Consultant who understands the travel preferences of customers across the GCC region and has proven experience selling premium international holiday packages.
n The ideal candidate should have extensive destination knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create tailor-made travel experiences for high-value customers.
n Key Responsibilities
n Premium Holiday Sales
n n Handle inquiries from GCC & indian customers
n Design customized international holiday packages
n Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
n Deliver exceptional customer experience throughout the booking journey
n n Destination Expertise
n Strong knowledge of destinations including:
n Southeast Asia
n n Singapore
n Vietnam
n Thailand
n Bali
n Malaysia
n n Indian Ocean
n n Maldives
n Mauritius
n Seychelles
n n Middle East
n n Saudi Arabia
n Oman
n Azerbaijan
n Georgia
n n The ability to recommend destinations based on customer preferences, seasonality, visa requirements, and budget is essential.
n Customer Relationship Management
n n Build long-term relationships with premium clients
n Provide destination consultation
n Explain visa requirements
n Recommend suitable hotels and experiences
n Upsell luxury services
n Ensure excellent customer satisfaction

n Coordinate with:

n The ideal candidate should have:
n Minimum 5 years of experience in international holiday sales
n Strong knowledge of Europe and GCC outbound travel
n Excellent destination knowledge
n Experience designing customized FIT packages
n Experience working with premium travellers
n Good supplier network
n Strong negotiation skills
n Excellent communication skills
n Ability to work under sales targets
n Language Requirements
n Mandatory:
n English (Fluent)
n Additional languages will be considered an advantage.
