Job Description WE are hiring for Project Manager - MES
n Experience - 10+yrs
n Location - Hosur
n n Project Management: Solid project management and leadership abilities for managing complex implementations
n Create and Track project plan
n Collaborate with various technical, functional teams along with customers and users.
n Highlight risk and challenges
n Strong communication and negotiation skills
n MES Expertise: Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes and hands-on experience with specific MES platforms
n Technical Acumen: Understanding of industrial automation, ERP integration, and shop floor systems. Experience with documentation and collaboration tools such as Visio, Jira, and Confluence is often beneficial.
n Documentation Skills:
Ability to create clear and comprehensive project plan and trackers as needed.
n Having good knowledge on Database concepts & DotNet framework is an added advantage.
n n n Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to understand scope and create low level tasks..
n System Implementation & Configuration: Track and Support the implementation and deployment of MES software, configuring it to meet specific project and business needs.
n n n Prior experience in EMS.
