Role Summary
We are looking for a energetic and client-focused Account Manager with proven experience in the Staffing industry- Domestic markets , particularly in handling Contract-to-Hire (C2H) requirements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key client accounts, driving account growth, strengthening client relationships, and acting as the Point of Contact for all recruitment-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow assigned client accounts within the staffing business.
Act as the Single Point of Contact for clients(Domestic), ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders, and procurement teams.
Conduct regular client meetings to understand hiring plans, business requirements, and workforce needs.
Drive account mining by identifying new business opportunities, additional hiring requirements, and cross-selling staffing services.
Collaborate closely with delivery and recruitment teams to ensure timely closure of C2H positions.
Monitor hiring pipelines, submission quality, interview schedules, offer management, and onboarding.
Ensure adherence to client SLAs, TAT, and quality metrics.
Resolve client escalations promptly and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Prepare and present account reviews, hiring dashboards, hiring forecasts,



and business updates to clients and internal leadership.
Negotiate commercial terms, resource deployment timelines, and contract-related discussions whenever required.
Work towards revenue growth, account profitability, and client retention.
Required Skills & Experience
7–10 years of experience in the Staffing industry (Domestic markets)
Hands-on experience managing Contract-to-Hire (C2H) staffing engagements.
Strong experience in client relationship management and account management.
Proven expertise in conducting client meetings and stakeholder management.
Experience in account mining , farming existing accounts, and identifying business expansion opportunities.
Excellent understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and staffing operations.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to coordinate with internal recruitment/delivery teams to ensure successful closures.
Good analytical skills with experience in MIS reporting and account performance tracking.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA/PGDM or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience working with enterprise clients in the IT staffing industry.
Familiarity with ATS, CRM, and recruitment management tools.
