Job Title: Trainee

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee to join our team. The successful candidate will receive on-the-job training, assist with daily operations, and develop the skills required to perform assigned duties effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Learn company policies, procedures, and work processes.
- Assist team members with day-to-day tasks and projects.
- Attend training sessions, workshops, and meetings.
- Complete assigned tasks accurately and within deadlines.
- Maintain records and prepare basic reports as required.
- Follow safety, quality, and company compliance standards.

- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

or bachelor's degree (depending on the role).
- Fresh graduates or candidates with little or no experience are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or relevant software.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
