Key Roles &Responsibilities;

- Lead end?to?end program management for all talent, capability building, and employee?journey initiatives, ensuring seamless planning, execution, tracking, and closure.
- Track, analyze, and publish comprehensive Business Impact & Insights reports for all programs, enabling data?driven decision?making and continuous improvement.
- Design and institutionalize innovative talent and capability?building program frameworks, ensuring scalable, repeatable, and future?ready interventions.
- Create and manage sensitive and strategic vendor partnerships, ensuring effective coordination, program quality, confidentiality, and robust relationship governance.
- Design and run learning campaigns and communication plans to drive awareness, adoption, engagement, and completion of learning initiatives across the organization.
- Support and contribute to other strategic HR and capability projects, including design, rollout, and continuous improvement of HR frameworks and processes.

Key Requirements – Education & Certificates

- Master's degree in education; MBA in Human Resources or related fields is preferred

- 3-5 years of experience in Project Management, Talent Management or L&D;
- Prior exposure to senior leadership interaction and cross-functional coordination preferred
- Prior experience in Talent, Capability or L&D; team is an added advantage
