Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. The workday is dynamic, involving collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications not only meet technical specifications but also enhance overall business efficiency and user experience. Continuous refinement and adaptation of applications to evolving business demands are integral to the role.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Ensure the developed applications are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project tasks.
- Continuously evaluate and improve application performance and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Experience with designing and implementing AI-driven software solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize applications.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to work with various programming languages and frameworks relevant to AI application development.




- Understanding of data processing and integration techniques to support AI functionalities.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Generative AI.
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
