The individual should exercise sound judgment and highlight observations about daily operations and tools with their supervisors. They are expected to adhere to standard operation procedure and maintain high level of attention to detail, in order to ensure the best possible customer experience on FireTV devices.
Key job responsibilities
- Content Management: Maintain and update the digital content catalog to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Input and manage metadata for various content types, ensuring consistency and adherence to standards. Keep a track on all the activities performed for the day.
- Collaboration: Work within team and take ownership in various activities. Actively participate in calibration, team hurdles and share suggestions.
- Problem identification:



Give attention to the daily process and share the challenges with supervisors for improvement.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Working knowledge of MS Office
