About the Role The selected candidate will work directly with the leadership team and take ownership of projects related to:
Corporate and institutional networking
Inclusive travel programmes
Events, campaigns and community initiatives
Project planning and execution
Sponsorship, proposal and report writing
This is a hands-on role for someone who can manage a project from an idea to successful completion.

Excellent at networking and relationship building
Capable of writing proposals, presentations and reports
Sensitive towards disability, dignity, accessibility and inclusion
Experience Candidates with 1–5 years of experience in project management, fundraising, CSR, business development, partnerships, events, travel, operations or the nonprofit sector will be preferred.
Exceptional fresh graduates with strong communication, leadership, internships or project-execution experience may also apply.
Competence, attitude and execution ability matter more to us than academic specialisation or seniority.





Travel and Work Flexibility This is not only a desk job.
Travel frequently within Delhi-NCR
Travel outside Delhi and across India
Travel internationally when required
Attend periodic early-morning or late-night events
Work extended hours during important programmes and travel assignments
A valid passport, or eligibility and willingness to obtain one, is required.
