Assistant Sales Manager Kerala (PEB / Building Envelope Solutions)

Location: Ernakulam, Kerala

Experience: Minimum 58 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical) preferred

Industry Preference
PEB, Building Envelope Solutions, PUF Panels, Sandwich Panels, Rockwool Panels, Roofing & Cladding Systems, Steel Buildings, Construction Materials, Industrial Project Sales.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and develop current business opportunities for PUF Panels, Sandwich Panels, Rockwool Panels, and Building Envelope Solutions.
Identify and track industrial, commercial, warehousing, cold chain, pharmaceutical, food processing, and infrastructure projects.
Build relationships with architects, consultants, EPC contractors, builders, developers, and corporate clients.
Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions.
Support consultant approvals, product specifications, and vendor registrations.
Prepare and coordinate techno-commercial proposals, BOQs, quotations, and cost estimates.
Manage sales enquiries from lead generation to order closure.
Coordinate with design, estimation, production, and project execution teams for smooth project delivery.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends,



and customer requirements.

Required Skills
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of PUF Panels, Sandwich Panels, Rockwool Panels, Roofing & Cladding Systems.
Basic understanding of PEB structures and Building Envelope Solutions.
Knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, and costing.
Key Competencies:
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Customer relationship management.
Negotiation and influencing skills.
Target-oriented approach.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Desired Experience
5–8 years of experience in project sales, industrial sales, construction materials, PEB, roofing & cladding, insulated panels, or related industries.
Candidates with experience in Kerala industrial project sales will be preferred.
Compensation: Max gross up to 9 LPA
