? Hiring Alert – Affiliate Sales Executive / Affiliate Marketing

We are hiring for an Affiliate Sales Executive / Affiliate Marketing role.

? Location: Mumbai

? Experience: 2+ Years

? CTC: ₹8 – ₹10 LPA

? Key Responsibilities:

✔ Identify, onboard, and manage affiliate partners, publishers, influencers, and media partners.

✔ Develop and execute affiliate sales strategies to drive revenue and customer acquisition.

✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate networks and partners.

✔ Monitor and optimize campaigns based on CPA, CPL, CPS, ROAS, and ROI.

✔ Negotiate commission structures and promotional campaigns with affiliate partners.

✔ Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights through regular reporting.

✔ Coordinate with internal marketing and performance teams for seamless campaign execution.

? Required Skills:





✔ 2+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing/Affiliate Sales.

✔ Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms such as Impact, CJ Affiliate, Partnerize, Rakuten, Awin, Admitad

✔ Robust understanding of affiliate performance metrics and campaign optimization.

✔ Experience in publisher/influencer management and partner acquisition.

✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

✔ Agency experience is preferred.
