We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Travel Consultant to join our growing team in Bangalore, India. This is a non-client facing role where you will support the Customer Support team by handling critical back-office workflows, coordinating with internal departments and external suppliers, and ensuring smooth operational execution. Support the Customer Support team by managing non-client-facing workflows and operational tasks.
Liaise with colleagues from other departments, as well as external suppliers including airlines, hotels, and other travel providers, to complete tasks efficiently.
Validate GST for the India market in compliance with local requirements.
adding frequent flyer numbers or other mandatory data to NDC bookings).
Ensure operational processes are completed in accordance with company procedures and quality standards.
Escalate issues proactively when delays or risks are identified.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in corporate travel operations, travel support, or a similar back-office travel role.
Experience working with air, hotel, and ancillary travel bookings.




Excellent written and spoken English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Prior experience with GST validation for the India market.
Exposure to Freshdesk, CRM/ticketing systems, or similar workflow management tools.
Knowledge of airline ticketing, hotel booking processes, refunds, and supplier communication.
Experience in a 24/7 travel operations or customer support environment.
Understanding of corporate travel policies and online booking tools.
