Job Description Position: Government Sales Manager
n Reporting to: Director
n Role Overview
n The Government Manager will lead HOF's engagement with government departments, PSUs, and institutional buyers by driving strategic partnerships, securing tenders, ensuring procurement compliance, and expanding business opportunities across India.
n Key Responsibilities:
n n Develop government and PSU business strategies.
n Secure tenders and institutional projects.
n Build relationships with procurement authorities.
n Ensure e-tender and statutory compliance.
n Coordinate with internal teams.
n Track market intelligence.
n Represent HOF at forums and exhibitions.
n Build long-term public sector partnerships.
n n Qualifications
n n Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines.




n Certifications in Public Procurement, Contract Management, or Government Relations are preferred.
n n Required Skills
n n Strong communication and negotiation skills.
n Ability to analyze and interpret government policies.
n Proficiency in project management.
n n Preferred Skills
n n Experience in public sector engagement.
n Knowledge of procurement processes.
